We hope you love your Sing Thing Choir goodies, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items to us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with any original packaging where applicable.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for items that show signs of wear or use.

Eligible items returned within 30 days can be exchanged or refunded using the original payment method.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, the cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer, and original delivery charges may not be refundable.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help put things right.
